Bjørnefjorden Gjestetun is situated at the heart of
fjord Norway, on the Hauge farm in Os, just south of Bergen.
Sheep and cows have left their shelter to make room for guests.
In the converted sheep shed dating from 1655 the eighteenth
generation of the Bjørke family welcome you to stay in
one of the 40 rooms.
Smalahuset ("the sheep shed") and Stallen ("the
stables") are still there, but are now at our guests' disposal.
Each room has its own special character. Bjørnefjorden
Gjestetun also has professional conference rooms and banqueting
rooms, all in the old style.
From the Gjestetun there is a beautiful view of the Bjørnefjord,
with the Folgefonna glacier, Rosendal and the Tysnes mountains
in the distance.
